I’m also a skeptical atheist who finds wonder in the natural world, and wishes that a fraction of extraordinary claims were provable. (I’d LOVE to meet a Bigfoot!) For my superpower I think I’d choose invisibility, unless immortality was an option. I’ve lived in Michigan my whole life and don’t know how to swim, and I’ve never watched “DWTS.” (If you had to google that, you may be my kind of people.)
