This month, the Supreme Court of the United States is poised to make two very important decisions on marriage equality. One will determine the constitutionality of California’s Proposition 8. The other will determine the constitutionality of the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).

On July 11, join Susan Becker, professor, Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, for a discussion on the outcome of these two important Supreme Court cases.

Professor Becker is a nationally recognized expert on LGBT rights and the law, and is a past president of the ACLU of Ohio.
