The Door - 555 Broome St, Manhattan
You don't need a god to tell you to do something helpful for your community. If you are a secular humanist looking for a way to do some good in your neighborhood, join us July 21st, 12pm-2pm, at The Door to help sort clothing, accessories, books, DVDs, and other items to at-risk, runaway, and homeless youth, and make friends with other humanists while giving back! Afterwards, we'll go out for snacks and socializing!

Please bring items such as clean, new or used clothing (men's, women's, infant/toddler, fitness clothing); new socks and undergarments; gently used shoes or accessories; books and DVDs, etc. to put away and package.

**To join our team of community service volunteers at this event and commit a few hours of your time to doing good, you must send an email to with your name and phone number to receive all of the details and to be added to our list.**

Active Humanism is a community service effort organized by Center for Inquiry - New York City.
