Cerebral Cinema is a group geared towards getting together to watch a variety of a eclectic cinema ranging from highbrow indie fare to genre blockbusters. Following each theatrical outing our group will congregate to discuss film over food or drinks in a casual laid-back environment. Let's get acquainted and talk cinema.
As Rosemary and her husband move to Manhattan's historic Dakota building she succumbs to the growing concern that her neighbors are occultists and that her husband has made a pact with Satan that involves the fate of her child. Need I really say more? Do I really have to waste anymore time explaining why you should totally come see this classic piece of horror cinema that legitimized a once B-grade genre and paved the way for future supernatural suspense thrillers such as The Exorcist and The Omen? Are you not already riveted by the prospect of seeing Roman Polanski's magnum opus of macabre paranoia on the big screen in an astonishing 35mm print?
