Music Monday: Tim Minchin - “The Pope Song”

March 18, 2013

With all of the buzz about newly elected pope I hope we don’t forget the transgressions of the past popes and turn a critical eye to Frank himself. One of the biggest scandals within the Catholic Church over the past few years was the exposure of the systematic cover-up of child abuse. Minchin’s response? WARNING: NSFW.

As always, if you get a chance, send your suggestions for future Music Mondays to me at chashman@centerforinquiry.net, leave a comment below, or @tweet us at @CFIOnCampus. Your suggestions, along with future and past songs, may end up in the official Course of Reason Music Monday Grooveshark playlist or Spofity playlist that anyone can listen to.
