CFI Among 130 Groups Urging President Obama to Close Religious Discrimination Loophole

The Center for Inquiry has joined a diverse coalition of 130 religious, secularist, civil rights, LGBT, and women’s organizations in sending a letter to President Obama urging him to direct the Department of Justice to close to a legal loophole that allows faith-based groups to accept taxpayer funding to provide social services, yet still discriminate on religious grounds in hiring.
