Dr. Richard Hull, Executive Director, Text and Academic Authors Association Foundation; Professor Emeritus, State University of New York at Buffalo; Visiting Distinguished Professor, Institute of Medicine and Humanities, a joint program of St. Patrick=s Hospital.
