Our congratulations go out to one of our own members of the Tallahassee Community of the Center for Inquiry-- Gary Stilwell Ph.D., who is not only our communications director but treasurer as well. The book Where was God: Evil, Theodicy , and Modern Science written by Gary was just published. According to the jacket, the book deals with some very important issues: "Why do bad things happen to good people ? Where is God when they do? Can traditional theodices really justify evil?
