The Origins of Conflict and War
A discussion on the biological and anthropological origins of conflict and war, with an attempt to understand the underpinnings of human conflict and how we may move towards a society where disputes and disagreements between individuals and states do not devolve into violence. The role of the dichotomy between male and female behavior as well as the importance of resources will be explored, as well as how improving socioeconomic conditions for those traditionally ignored may help us achieve our goal of a safer, more peaceful world.
