Center for Inquiry – Long Island is pleased to announce an upcoming event featuring 13-year-old math prodigy Ethan Brown and prominent podcaster Christopher J. Brown. The show includes a short presentation about the natural pairing of skepticism and curiosity and a performance of magic and amazing feats of mathematics.

Ethan has performed his “Mathemagics” show for audiences across America, including recent performances at Gathering 4 Gardner, the World Science Festival, TEDx, and the Northeast Conference for Science and Skepticism (NECSS).

Christopher J. Brown is the host of the popular podcast “Meet the Skeptics,” featuring prominent scientists and skeptics. Recent interviews include James “The Amazing” Randi; Eugenie Scott, director of the National Center for Science Education, and Michael Shermer.

Center for Inquiry is a global non-profit organization dedicated to science, reason, and secular values. CFI–Long Island provides monthly educational forums on science, skepticism, ethics and technology, as well as community outreach and social networking opportunities.
